1月25日，塔里木大学新引进博士邱国英在《IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security》发表了题为“Quantifying Privacy Risks of Behavioral Semantics in Mobile Communication Services”的学术论文。该期刊为中国计算机学会推荐的网络与信息安全领域国际顶级期刊，CCF-A类Trans；同时为中科院SCI一区Top期刊，影响因子6.3。邱国英博士为论文第一作者，白铁成教授为通讯作者。
